For projects with a finish line

Every part of the project, held.

The plan, the files and the people in one place, and the next step for each of you. For a report due in two weeks, a group report or a startup's first ninety days.

A project's Overview: its goal and deadline, how far the plan has come, your next step and who owns which part.

Three projects

Start with the one in front of you

Each starts from a kit made for that kind of work, so the plan has the right parts before you have written a word.

  • A report due in two weeks

Give the deadline and get a dated plan: question, sources, outline, draft, revise, hand in. Today shows what to do first, so starting is the easy part.

  • A group report

Four people, eight weeks. Paste the brief, give everyone a part, and see who is doing what without asking in the group chat. The whole group is free.

  • A startup's first ninety days

Two founders and too much to do. Problem interviews, the offer, pricing, first sales and the paperwork in an order that makes sense, with every deck and spreadsheet in one place.

How it works

From the brief to done

Every project has the same shape: a goal and a deadline, a plan divided into parts that people own, tasks inside them, and a library of everything it collects.

  1. Answer three questions

What you're making, by when, and who's in it. Paste the brief if you have one. A dated draft plan appears for you to edit.

  2. Give everyone a part

Put a person on each task, with suggestions from their strengths and the hours they can give, and give each part an owner if you like. Anyone new gets an invitation.

  3. Ask for a review

When a part is ready, its owner asks someone to look. They say it looks good, or ask for changes.

  4. Finish

Progress comes from the work itself. When every part is done, archive the project. It stays there to read.

What you can count on

No blank page

Every project starts from a kit and three answers. Paste the brief, from school or from a client, and its numbered items or “Step 1” headings become the parts, the items under them tasks and steps, and its dates the due dates and checkpoints. Plain rules read it in your browser, not AI.

Starting a project: a pasted brief read into parts, with what's worth a second look.

Your files and sources live here

Upload files up to 100 MB, keep every version and preview Word, PDF, spreadsheets and images in the browser. Keep sources with their citations, link them to the parts that use them, and export a reference list.

A project's library: files, sources with citations, notes and links.

Everyone has their part

Each task has one person, a date and the steps that finish it, and each part can have an owner. Everyone sees their next step, and the group sees who has what without asking.

The plan as an outline: parts with how far they've got, their tasks with person, date and status, and the steps under them.

The whole group is free

A free space holds 8 people, 10 active projects and 2 GB of files, with files up to 100 MB each. No card and no trial period: everyone you work with joins for free.

No AI, and hosted in the EU

Nothing anyone writes or uploads is sent to an AI service. Projects are invite-only, every file is checked for malware and stored privately, and everything runs on servers in the EU, on every plan.
