For company teams

Client projects and launches, with the client in the loop

Give each person a part, invite the client as a guest who sees only their project, and keep reviews, files and decisions where everyone can find them.

Kit: Client project

A client project's people: each person's role, time, strengths, parts and open tasks.

The problem

The status meeting is the plan

A client project runs across email, a shared drive and a weekly meeting where everyone reports what they did. Reviews get lost, the client asks for the same file twice, and nobody sees who has too much on.

How Belaywork handles it

  • Kits for client work and launches

The Client project kit runs from proposal and kickoff to delivery and handover, with one task per deliverable and the client's review in its steps. The Launch kit prepares in order up to the Launch day checkpoint.

  • The client as a guest

Invite the client to the project. Guests see only the projects they're invited to, and never anyone's email address. As a Viewer, they read and download without changing anything.

  • Lead-run when you need it

In a Lead-run project only the Lead shapes the plan, and everyone else works in their own parts. The space's admins don't see private projects they aren't in.

  • See who has too much on

The People page shows each person's parts, open tasks and the hours they can give, and flags anyone with more parts than their hours suggest.

Free holds 8 people per space. Team, for up to 25, is open on request; its price isn't decided yet.
