Divide the work
Put a person on each task, with suggestions from strengths and hours, and see whether the split is fair.
When you start a project
The last step, Divide, asks who does each task. Put a name on each one, take every task yourself, or decide later. A part can have an owner too, who keeps an eye on all of it. Use the suggestions fills in every suggestion at once.
How suggestions work
A suggestion spreads the open tasks by the hours people say they can give, and picks someone with a matching strength when it's close. Each one says why, such as “Suggested: Elin, strength: data”. It's a plain rule, not AI, and only a suggestion.
The People page
A project's People page shows everyone's picture, headline, strengths, hours a week, parts and open tasks side by side. It points out anyone with more parts than their hours suggest, and suggests people for parts and tasks that have nobody.
Your hours and interests
On the People page, add how many hours a week you can give the project, what you'd like to work on and your aim. Only the project's members see it.
Inviting people
Invite someone on the People page sends an email with a link, and can give them a part to own. Anyone from outside the space joins as a guest and sees only this project.
Who can divide
When you work Together, every Member shapes the plan and can put people on parts and tasks. In a Lead-run project only the Lead does. Viewers read and download; they don't own parts or tasks.
