The morning email
One email on your working days, only when something needs you, never in your quiet hours.
What it holds
What needs you across your projects: reviews and changes asked of you, mentions, overdue tasks and those due in the next two days, and parts you can now start. It comes at most once a day, and not at all when nothing needs you.
When it comes
In the morning in your time zone, only on your working days, outside your quiet hours, and in your language. Set your working days and quiet hours in Account, under Email and working hours. Only you see them.
Turning it off
Switch off Morning email in Account, or unsubscribe in one click from the link at the bottom of any morning email.
Other emails
Besides the morning email, Belaywork sends sign-in links, invitations, and a warning two weeks before an archived project is deleted.
